SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These general terms and conditions (hereinafter: "GTC") apply to Wichtel-Paradies.ch (hereinafter: "Shop"), which is managed under the company name Rainbow Switzerland Trading Goods GmbH. By visiting and using the shop, you accept the terms and conditions as well as our legal provisions and data protection declaration, which are an integral part of these terms and conditions.

GENERAL
The offer of the shop can include goods and services. All sales, deliveries and other services are carried out exclusively in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions. All questions or complaints in connection with these GTC can be submitted in writing by e-mail to our consumer service (info@wichtel-paradies.ch.
In connection with the order processing, wichtel-paradies.ch processes, among other things, personal data that you provide. Wichtel-paradies.ch may use these for operational and statistical purposes. You expressly authorize wichtel-paradies.ch to pass on all data necessary for processing your orders and shipping the goods (such as name, billing address, delivery address, etc.) to authorized third parties (e.g. warehouse operators, post office, delivery service, newsletter dispatch etc.). We always comply with the provisions of Swiss data protection legislation. AUTHORIZATION OF USE
The use of the shop is reserved exclusively for natural or legal persons with unrestricted capacity to act who want to order our products for their own use or as a gift for third parties. The data required for the order such as surname, first name, address, e-mail address etc. must be given completely and truthfully

OFFER AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The presentation of our range does not represent a binding contract offer. By placing an order, you are submitting a binding offer and thereby also accept the currently valid General Terms and Conditions. Wichtel-paradies.ch reserves the right to decide whether to accept this offer. The sales contract comes about through the order in the shop by the customer and its acceptance by wichtel-paradies.ch. The prices on the day of the order, which are listed in the shop, apply. Employees of wichtel-paradies.ch are not authorized to verbally agree on different conditions or to give assurances. If information about an item in the range was incorrect, wichtel-paradies.ch will make you a counter-offer, which you can freely decide whether to accept.

DELIVERY AREA
The delivery area is limited to Europe. We assure you 100% confidential delivery. You will receive your order from wichtel-paradies.ch with absolute discretion and no personal data will be visible on your order, so that your privacy is protected

DELIVERY TERMS
The ordered goods will be delivered by post or delivery service. Please note that parcels usually take longer to be delivered before public holidays. Wichtel-paradies.ch or the commissioned delivery service is entitled to deposit the ordered goods in front of the customer's front door if the customer does not personally receive the order at the time of delivery of the goods. If a product is not available or only available at a later date due to force majeure or a lack of own delivery, Wichtel-paradies.ch reserves the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for this product or to extend the delivery times. Wichtel-paradies.ch will inform you immediately about the unavailability or the delayed delivery time. If you do not accept any counter-offer or if you do not want to accept a delayed delivery notified by wichtel-paradies.ch, you can withdraw from the contract. In this case, wichtel-paradies.ch will refund any payments already made.

WARRANTY/DELIVERY TIMES/RETURNS
Wichtel-paradies.ch guarantees that all ordered products leave our warehouse in perfect quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact our consumer service via email (info@wichtel-paradies.ch). If a delivered article is damaged or does not correspond to the goods ordered, you can return this article within a period of 14 days after receipt. The item must be returned to wichtel-paradies.ch in the original packaging and with a copy of the invoice attached. If an item is not available or only available at a later date due to force majeure or a lack of own delivery, we reserve the right to make the buyer a replacement offer for the unavailable product. The buyer is free to accept the replacement offer or to withdraw from the purchase contract in relation to the item that cannot be delivered. Under the above conditions, wichtel-paradies.ch undertakes to refund the purchase price paid by the buyer and the postage costs or to deliver another item of equal value

PRICE AND AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
Despite the utmost care, erroneously incorrect information cannot be completely ruled out. All product and price information is non-binding. Offers may only be available in limited numbers or not at all. Due to high demand, products can be sold out quickly.
Wichtel-paradies.ch is not liable for delays in delivery, unavailable products or erroneously incorrect pricing. We reserve the right to make product adjustments. Timed offers are only valid for the specified period of time.

CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION
Orders placed with wichtel-paradies.ch are binding in accordance with the “Offer and conclusion of contract” section of these General Terms and Conditions and the contractual partner is obliged to pay for and accept the goods. Cancellations on the part of the contractual partner are not possible at all.

PAYMENT, DUE DATE, DEFAULT
The goods are paid for by Paypal, credit card, Twint or by bank transfer - advance payment. If you choose the payment method "payment in advance" (delivery after payment), the total amount must be paid in advance within 30 days to the following bank account at

Wichtel-paradies.ch including first and last name of the buyer and the order number. If the buyer is in default of payment, CHF 3.00/EUR 3.00 will be charged for each payment reminder sent as an expense allowance in addition to the amount owed.
Wichtel-paradies.ch reserves the right to exclude or restrict certain payment methods and methods in general or in individual cases.
Unfortunately, payment by sending cash or checks is not possible. We exclude any liability for loss

CLOSING REMARKS
wichtel-paradies.ch is managed by Rainbow Switzerland Trading Goods GmbH and reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and without giving reasons. Such changes do not apply to orders already placed. All contracts that come about through the use of the shop, as well as these General Terms and Conditions, are subject to Swiss law to the exclusion of private international law, in particular the Vienna Sales Convention (CISG). Place of performance and place of jurisdiction is Laufen (BL). Should a provision of these General Terms and Conditions be ineffective, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. For questions that are not regulated in these General Terms and Conditions, Swiss law applies.)
