Shipping policy
Shipment
All items are available in our warehouse in Switzerland. We do not operate dropshipping so the delivery time is very short. We guarantee that your order will run smoothly. Your order (once paid) usually leaves our warehouse within 2 - 5 working days. (Exceptions are Sundays and public holidays).
Delivery terms
The ordered goods will be delivered by post or delivery service. Please note that parcels usually take longer to be delivered before public holidays. Wichtel-paradies.ch or the commissioned delivery service is entitled to deposit the ordered goods in front of the customer's front door if the customer does not personally receive the order at the time of delivery of the goods. If a product is not available or only available at a later date due to force majeure or a lack of own delivery, Wichtel-paradies.ch reserves the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for this product or to extend the delivery times. Wichtel-paradies.ch will inform you immediately about the unavailability or the delayed delivery time. If you do not accept any counter-offer or if you do not want to accept a delayed delivery notified by wichtel-paradies.ch, you can withdraw from the contract. In this case, wichtel-paradies.ch will refund any payments already made.

Orders with a goods value of 0.00 to 80.00 CHF will be charged with 7.00 CHF postage, shipping method
